General Manager of Chattanooga Division and Corporate Strategy Coordinator


The General Manager has leadership and full P & L responsibility for the Chattanooga Division operations. The GM will develop a balanced, comprehensive strategic approach to the business including the creation of a long term "strategic cultural roadmap" for organizational success. The GM is responsible for providing increased shareholder value through the strategic and operational leadership team. Responsible for determining and executing the achievement of annual revenue, profitability and other financial targets in line with the goals, strategies, plans and policies of MetalTek International.

As Corporate Strategy Coordinator, this leader will work collaboratively with the CEO in learning MetalTek's Vision, Mission and Strategy and will apply broad leadership to the successful integration of new business opportunities and acquisitions across MetalTek. The Corporate Strategy Coordinator working closely with the CEO and Corporate Strategy team will establish the company's long term Vision, business objectives and strategic actions that ensure the ongoing successful growth of the Company. This may include working closely with the CEO in potential acquisition targets, BOD discussions, Talent Management/Succession Planning work and other business related strategic discussions.

The General Manager of Chattanooga and Corporate Strategy Coordinator position resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee and reports to the CEO, MetalTek, inc.
