That's exactly what I say about synthesized  music over "live" music.

Knowing that most things in commercials are done for a purpose, I still 
dislike the ones where the pauses are cut, leaving a continuous voice. 
Very unnatural and distracting from the message. The same for 
unnaturally long  musical passages without phrasing.


Ed (who makes "phrases" as often as possible, and as I get older, the 
"phrases" get more frequent!)
