Miraphone 191 BBb tuba.  5 valves, gold brass bell, custom heavy weight monster valve caps on valves 1-4, hard case, mouthpiece.  Excellent condition.  This is an outstanding 5/4 horn.  I've played it when ever I've needed to double on tuba for pit gigs, big bands, orchestra, brass band.  This big horn can do it all.
