Not showing the shipping seems to be not too uncommon in the U.S. 
Hickey's (who I know is reputable) doesn't show shipping costs either. 
 
 
Oh, but Hickeys will GLADLY tell you the shipping costs over the phone, if you ask. Ask for Chuck, personally. He has always given me the total cost up front!
