Yes, I've dealt with Tap Music. They're in Iowa, I believe.
I've never ordered recordings, just Trombone ensemble printed music.
I ordered by phone & was always given shipping costs up front.
I wouldn't downplay their service just because you didn't get shipping information on a one time trial.
