Not showing the shipping seems to be not too uncommon in the U.S. 
Hickey's (who I know is reputable) doesn't show shipping costs either. 
If I was buying from a shop that I know, it wouldn't bother me so much. 
  But I am in the UK, and not knowing what the shipping method will be 
or how much it will cost when something has to be shipped 
internationally is an issue for me.
