I play tuba in a local orchestra. I also play contrabass BBb trombone.
I would like to fill 20 to 30 minutes of pre concert time with my trombone
section, With alto, tenor, bass, and contrabass BBb trombone, showing the
differences to the noephytes.
Any ideas of whats out there? On a scale of 1 to 5, we are all around a 4.
Lots of stuff. Look under Moravian music. Some is scored for SATB, others ATBC. See Hickeys Music, right Chuck?
You can also play music written for 3 trbs & tuba with Contra playing the Tuba part, obviously.
Tom
Thanks for your help.
