Dave,

That will depend on what scale is in your area.  The leader (you)  
gets a minimum of double scale, so figure 14 times scale for the  
minimum price you can accept.  Dallas scale for a four hour gig is  
$165 for each man, but to get the best players you might have to pay  
above scale.  The bands that I work with typically pay $175 to $200  
or even more.  New Years Eve is double scale for everyone.  As  
leader, you can pay yourself as much as you want.  If you are  
supplying the music, PA system, stands, lights, etc. and setting  
everything up and tearing it down, you may want to pay yourself much  
more than just double scale, or you may want to hire a roadie to do  
the set up/tear down for you, and rent PA etc.

Scale in smaller cities tends to be less, in big cities more.  And  
I'm talking US Dollars of course, looks like you're in Canada.
