hahahahahahah comedy aside,
The so-called "French" Horns are available with right handed fingerings. Those are usually referred to as Dopple Horns. And just like their psuedo "French" bretheren are available both as rotory (more often in the Fr model) and as piston (more often in the Dp model).
You know, of course, that the Orchestral Horn (and single Horns) [they're not really French], are played with both hands, just the valves are operated one-handed, yes?
