I have just looked at WorldCat and found that Michael D. Bowen played
the piece on his 1998 masters recital at Bowling Green State
University. It was recorded on compact disc. I have no idea what their
lending policy is. The best thing to do would be to go to your local
library to try an interlibrary loan. Give them this number: OCLC
#46861071.

There is also a CD of M. Dee Stewart playing one movement and a
cassette tape of a DMA recital by William P Myers (Ohio State U.,
1995). In that case, the cataloging record has all of his recitals as
one thesis, so it will be on one of four cassettes. OCLC #33238823.
There are also a couple of older performances from Indiana University
on reel-to-reel tape.

As I say, interlibrary loan is your best bet. If you wanted, say an
article from a periodical, the libraries would just make a photocopy
or PDF file and send it to you. Unfortunately, the copyright status of
recordings is so much more complicated that they will either lend you
the actual recording or say that their recital recordings do not
circulate. I doubt if they will be able to dub the piece and send it
to you. Your ILL librarian will have a better sense of that.
