These are a couple we have in our book:

Uber - Give Me That Old Time Religion (Good - we edited out the hand claps
at the beginning and end)
Gale - When the Saints Go Marching In (Good)
Forbes - Just a Closer Walk (Great arrangement)
McDunn - Swing Low (OK arrangement) 

Looking at Hickey's listings, there are a couple of collections of
spirituals and a few other individual pieces....guessing that Chuck might
have better advice on those.

Does anyone know of some good jazz trombone quartet arrangements of
spirituals or gospel songs, with or without rhythm?  I first thought of
"Spiritual to the Bone," but those are for 10 trombones.
