Don't give up. Ole Doc down home finally went to full plates and kept
right on playing in the community band. He did keep handy on the
bandstand water to keep his mouth from going dry as the dentist had
damaged a salivary gland.
Keep on a'blowin.

I find this interesting as my dentist has suggested implants for me,
one on each side. I'm having trouble eating, it's so bad. I can't
afford the implants, and fear my playing days will soon be over if the
teeth are pulled. One was a botched root canal. The other is a tooth
that aches and probably needs to be pulled. Since he didn't recommend
a root canal for that one, I guess it's too far gone for that.
Does anyone know of any other options that might work for jaw teeth,
besides the implants that I can't afford? You're right. My insurance
won't cover that procedure.
