Implants - my 20 y/o daughter has them in her upper teeth (9 of them),
congenital defect, no adult teeth behind the baby teeth.
It's expensive, but it does work reasonably well. The old teeth (baby in
her case) are pulled, the gums heal. Then, the base for the implant is
installed, and then the gums regrow over it. Then they peel back the gum
that regrew over the implanted screw receiver and wait a couple of months.
Then they put in the implants.

This is very expensive and not covered by most dental or medical policies.
The prep work was major medical in my daughter's case because it was a
congenital defect, not a dental issue.

Good luck - and happy winning lottery ticket!
