[Trombone-l] High and Low notes...

The best terminology I know is:

altissimo above the 3rd space C in treble clef.
trigger E below bass clef to Bb a 5th below.
pedal Bb to E below
trigger-pedal (TP) below that E

the fart-sound register begins somewhere around the TP notes.
