There is no urtext or anything close to it. It's not even certain 
that it's by Weber (most likely it's not). I once attempted to trace 
the piece, but only got as far back as ca. 1900 (an edition for 
bassoon published in Hamburg, if I recall correctly). It's not in the 
catalogue of Weber's works. It's also not listed in two fairly 
comprehensive catalogues of printed music, one published in the mid 
1820s and the other in the mid 1830s, i.e., during and just after 
Weber's lifetime. Sorry.
