[Trombone-l] Repair Q in re Out of True Leadpipes

Hi Bob- for a quick answer, I've DEFINITELY experienced this- usually
it's due to:
a) pipe is out of round
b) at the neck (whatever mounting system you're using) it's slightly
out of alignment.
If you use one of these pipes it will cause rough slide action, and
eventually bow/torque the slide.
Call Chuck McAlexander at the Brasslab in New York (212-243-7180),
he's a WHIZ at fixing this kind of stuff.
