[Trombone-l] Alto Trombone requirement at Vanderbilt

Playing alto is a requirement at some, perhaps many principal auditions 
(I would havr to check the lists to confirm the exact proportion).  And 
_most_ players would have a rough time keeping the job, trying to play 
everything on tenor.
