The Keystone Brass Quintet has an opening for tuba/bass trombone
beginning after Easter Sunday. The KBQ is Central Pennsylvania's
Premiere Brass Quintet and has been in existence 33 years. It is based
in the York, PA area and consists of very dedicated and accomplished
musicians. Three of the five members are original members and the
other member is in his 26th year! I have played with the group for 23
of those 33 years. They meet regularly, striving for once a week on a
weekday evening throughout the year, whether there is an immediate gig
or not. The choice of day varies according the members schedule. They
are taking applications from interested parties. The contact person is

booked for a number of gigs beginning December 2009 and through 2010.
