Snowing here, seems like only 'bout half the band showed for rehearsal.  

"Don't point at the trumpets"???  YIKES... 

Our mantra is "Stay with the Trombones..."...

Kinda pisses the trumpets off, and the french horn may not like it but ...   Well, after all, didn't God create the Trombone on the third day???

Football playoffs.  My son informs me that Arizona won.  To me the only game I understand is the game of trumpets vs. trombones.  We are louder, but we are not allowed to point at the trumpets.  Instead they get to point at us. 

Maybe we trombones get grumpy about that and take it out on the saxes.

I got it.  I was wondering why it's so quiet today.  Actually, I haven't gotten a Trombone-l message since friday.
