Thanks for the 'splainin'.
We all gotta keep in mind that email is a 40 year old technology that
has not really been standardized or improved on (like web browsers)
since it was introduced, Thusly why Verizon and Hotmail wrote their
own and chose not to include plain text versioning.

plaintext to Trombone-l.
Since I don't have access to all the email programs I won't be able to
give much support in setting them to send plaintext messages.
