    I suppose you're right.  As a parent., my first thought was to DRIVE 
to DFW -- about 450 miles -- and find a supervisor to make a formal 
complaint myself.  I've never been one to keep my cool in this kind of 
situation, and it's hurt my life in many ways.  Guess I'm just a hothead.

    Anyway -- it's a real shame that people have this kind of authority, 
and if you question them in the least, you're risking arrest.
