[Trombone-l] Transiting DFW with multiple bags

Write a letter detailing the experience to American Airlines customer service.

I have had problems with airlines in the past, and letters to
customer service have gotten results. I would think that "Raye"
would be sufficient identification for AA to figure out who it was.

Definitely follow up on this. We pay for our tickets, and we deserve
to be treated courteously. If Mike was in fact carrying too many
bags, the correct procedure would have been to politely explain this
to him and tell him what the extra charge (if any) would be.
