Hi there!

I’ve been selected as a finalist for the YouTube Symphony Orchestra.
Candidates are required to submit two videos, one of standard
orchestral excerpts, the other you recording your part in the Eroica,
a new composition by composer Tan Dun(composer for the film Crouching
Tiger, Hidden Dragon).

Finalists are selected by professional musicians from around the
planet (including the London Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony,
Michael Tilson Thomas, and more) and the final voting comes from YOU,
the internet community.

If selected, the winner wins a free trip to Carnegie Hall, New York,
and will perform the piece (and others) under the baton of Maestro
Michael Tilson Thomas (San Francisco Symphony).

While I will not stoop to “VOTE FOR ME” I will highly urge you to
please vote for whomever you deem the most qualified trombone
candidate, as this is a great opportunity (and potentially career
changing).

If you would like to vote for me, and feel I am the most qualified
candidate, I would most sincerely appreciate your support!

Voting is easy, and takes under one minute, simply:

1) Visit www.youtube.com/symphony

2) Click on Vote

3) Select the desired instrument (Trombone), then click “go”

4) Vote for your favorite candidate by clicking on the video, then on
the Green “thumbs up” icon.

Thanks very much!

Dr. J
