There's a Reginald Fink book called "From Treble Clef to Bass Clef
Baritone," which might be worth checking out. Published by Accura
Music. One of the best ways to learn a new clef/transposition is to
have the student write out (With pencil & paper, no computer
notation!!!) the exercise or tune in the new clef. Builds up the
neural networks necessary to process the visual information needed to
read it on the fly.
