[Trombone-l] Edwards makes good on warranty

Some weeks ago, I vented to the list that my Edwards hard case purchased in 1998 had dented my slide after a 16-inch drop because of a protruding fastener. It is my pleasure as well as my duty to give Edwards credit for making good. They replaced the defective case and repaired the slide (I think they may actually have replaced the slide: It feels great, but does not feel the same, a different matter).

Also, after my sterling leadpipe did not come back with the repaired slide, they sent me another one, no hassle, no questions.
