I can tell you that the fine folks at Oberloh Brass & Woodwind works do NOT
like SOM.

I think the Slide Dr. says it best...use as little as possible - of
whatever!

Personally, I'm a Superslick + drop of oil guy.

Maybe to be really on topic I should take a picture of my trombones???
