Please folks.

Off topic means off the list.

The list description states:

TROMBONE-L is an electronic discussion list addressing issues related to
or of interest to trombonists.

I know politics is of interest to trombonists, but the only way we can
keep things moderately civil is to avoid topics outside the realm of
trombone/music issues. We can create enough contention keeping to them.
