Lord, Keep Us Steadfast in Your Word
by John Jay Hilfiger
J. Klug, Geistlich Lieder, 1543
Text by Martin Luther
Translation & adaptation by Catherine Winkworth

The chorale "Lord, Keep Us Steadfast in Your Word" dates back to the
Reformation. This new setting, for SATB choir and horn (or trombone
or viola) has an intriguing, mysterious, and fresh quality to it. The
text is appropriate for most of the church year and the unusual
combination of voices and single instrument will make this an
appealing concert work as well. When purchasing this music, one
vocal score is included to be copied as needed for the ensemble.
WM #285...$10.00 - This includes 1 conductors's score, 1 vocal score
(to be copied as needed for the ensemble), and 1 copy of each
instrumental part.
