[Trombone-l] 10" bass bells

I personally have not used one, but one fellow that I know thought that
the bigger he went the better, but in the end, even anything over 9
inches was too big for him. He was looking for, the last time I talked
with him, a 10 1/2 " bell!
Couldn't believe it! He has lost any good sound that he has with his 10"
Can't fill the instrument IMHO!
This is not sour grapes either, as Joe Friday would say, "Just the
facts, sir, just the facts!"
