Are you sure? I played the Rimsky-Korsakov on a jury when I was in school in the early '90's. I loved it so much I often felt it was written just for me. :)

I performed the Rimsky - Korsakov on tour with my college band in 1955. One
of the reviews (I don't remember where) credited Rimsky - Korsakov with
dedicating the concerto to ME! My attempt to contact R-K to verify this was
thwarted when a disbeliever jumped up and turned on the lights, throwing the
seance into confusion. (just kidding about the seance) I carried the
clipping for years but lost it some years ago.
