What do you mean by intonation chart?
If you mean "position chart" get my "New Method for the Modern Bass 
Trombone". There are position charts and custom exercises for every valve 
combination, including inline Bb/F/Gb/D Bass Trombone, plus a very clear and 
simple annotation system that avoids confusion
moving between the 4 "modes" (regular, F attachment, second valve and both 
valves combined).
