My first suggestion is the Hektor Villa-Lobas "Bachianas Brasileiras No. 5" for guitar and soprano voice. You would, or course, play the soprano voice part on trombone. It doesn't have lyrics, just vocalizing. There may be other Villa-Lobos pieces that can be adapted. Check with your guitarist. If they're good enough to play the Villa-Lobos they should know of other repertoire that features guitar plus 1.
