I have to admit to not being the best of players, but goddamit, I was never
even considered to apply for a position in this band.  I'm really hurt now.
I'll never get my confidence back again after seeing this report.  And how
come the New York Times learned about this bunch of dummies before me.  I
was thinking of blowing the cobwebs off my 'bone today and do a little
practice, but I'm too upset now.  Where's my crate of Guinness?  If they
want me now, it's too late.
