[Trombone-l] bass trumpet

I thought I told you to never call me Shirley!

I'm with you Wayne... I don't care what the "experts" say, as far as I'm 
concerned, a trumpet is only a valve soprano trombone..

However.... in French, a trombone is a paperclip!

For Tom:  everytime I see a post from you, I think of my favorite line 
from the Contra Bass website...  "A contra-bass trombone is not quite as 
silly as a bagpipe, but just as useless"  (made me wanna go out a get a 
contra-bass!)
