OK all of you m'pce freaks.
Who knows anything about this (astoundingly good) small shank m'pce?
It looks oldlike maybe somewhere between the old
lightweight Conn Pryor/Innes style blanks and a
NY Bach blank.
Marked:

Now...M.B. Sery sounds like it may be a French name.
And "MPLS." isn't an English language
abbreviation as far as I know. But "MADE BY" is
certainly in English.
Fairly wide rim...wider than a 6 1/2AL. Also
slightly larger diameter. It has a more V shaped
cup and is a little shallower than a 6 1/2AL
also, with a bigger throat and smaller backbore.
GREAT high range, but a fairly big-playing m'pce overall.
Anybody?
Thanks...
S.
