Fred, et al, I have found it much more satisfying to take this battle to
the Online Trombone Forum, where the flames fan much faster.  Here on
trombone-l the generally more civilized and restrained discussions
frankly do not lend themselves to a disagreement of this violent nature.


You are correct of course, I remain unconvinced that materials make much
difference.  Ahem...........any difference.  Hee, hee.  But I try not to
bring it up very often here.
