[Trombone-l] tutti camarata

Jason,

Perhaps the confusion comes from this fact: The classic recording of "Lassus
Trombone" that appears on the 1958 Warner Bros. LP "The Trombones Inc."
(West Coast side), is, in my belief, EXACTLY the same recording that appears
on the Tutti's Trombones album, even though Tutti's Trombones was released
much later. The chart on the Trombones Inc. was definitely written by Warren
Barker. So, how come these two recordings are identical? Could it be that
Tutti hired Warren Barker to write some or all of Tutti's Trombones? Tutti
was pretty busy with Disney at the time and maybe he needed some help. Just
guessing.

Other opinions from the membership?
