A few more ideas:

Someone mentioned Dave Barduhn's version of Makin' Whoopee.  There is
another one, seemingly arranged by or for George Roberts, which I like much
better.  It's fairly short and it's a crowd-pleaser.  Out of print as far as
I know.

David Hoffman (trumpet soloist with Ray Charles' big band) wrote a very nice
arrangement of Beatrice with improv sections for bass bone and trumpet.

Rob McConnell has an arrangement of Bye Bye Blue which does not contain any
"trigger notes" but plays much better on bass bone than tenor bone.
