Rest assured you can use just about any good quality oil on your valve.
I suggest Selmer key oil for the rotor stem, and Binak or Al Cass or Hetmans
for inside the body of the valve.
Hetmans also makes a heavier oil for the stem.
I believe a slightly thicker, heavier oil is needed for the stem as that is
the only point of metal to metal contact in the valve.
I use Binak on my Thayer valves. I only need to put a couple of drops every
other week or so. Same with the key oil, a drop once a week works great.
Thanks

I'm trying to find a place to order Edwards rotor oil. The Edwards website
sells it as part of a kit for about $40, but I just want to get the rotor
oil. Can anyone suggest a place where I can buy this product?
