There is Thomas Matta's great arrangement, written for Charlie Vernon, of
"You're My Everything." This goes down to C below pedal Bb, though.
Also, there's "Makin' Whoopee", arranged by Dave Barduhn and the Buddy Rich
version of "Wave" that featured Bill Reichenbach.
