[Trombone-l] Tommy Turk - Redux

Dave Hanson and I have been trying to put together the story of Tommy Turk 
whose name crops up here from time to time.

A google search revealed:

1. that the ITA Journal had an article about him in their Volume 10, Issue 
1;

2. Jim Beebe replied to Dave Hanson's question about Tommy in the DJML 
(Dixieland Jazz Mail List) archives and was highly appreciative of Turk's 
playing;

3. http://tinyurl.com/3banzs is an old discussion of Tommy on the trombone 
list;

4. http://tinyurl.com/38fq9w is a page of a book by David Levine in which he 
discusses meeting Tommy in Las Vegas and the circumstances of his murder;

5. two photos of Tommy Turk have been downloaded from the internet. On one, 
Dave Hanson noticed that Tommy was playing a valve trombone and there was a 
trumpet on a stand nearby. The other shows Tommy with the Dorsey brothers, 
Jack Teagarden, Buddy Rich and others. If anyone wishes copies, let me know.

I need help from someone on the list. Can anyone tell me how to get a copy 
of the ITA Journal article above?
