That's about as bad as dialing 1-800-S0S-APPL for Apple tech support  
on speakerphone.

{1-800-SOS-APPL (with an "o") is the actual Apple hotline.}

Found that out the hard way (no pun intended) when I worked tech  
support for a scanner company...
