You can definitely play with a bridge. I have been playing for about 40 
years with both upper and lower partials. One of the upper front teeth is 
part of the bridge. My firat partial, I used dental adhesive which I carried 
in my case but haven't needed it since having the original replaced with 
better fitting bridges. Btw, I am 76 so should be no problem for a yougster 
like you.
