The Dodworth Saxhorn Band based in Ann Arbor, Michigan is a very authentic
Civil War era band.  Instruments, costumes, progarms are all first rate.
They perform often at the Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village in Dearborn
(Detroit).  They also do a fair amount of traveling.

A friend of mine that is a member of the band played on one of the old
saxhorns that was played at Lincoln's second inauguration.  They were
apparently able to trace its authenticity to the event through pictures that
were taken at the inauguration.
