Right now the volume 10's are on the homepage.  Later they'll appear with 
their respective instruments.

I hadn't heard about a USA-only restriction on volume 9.  But looking at the 
contents it seems likely.  There are quite a few later composers, including 
Sibelius, Webern, Bloch and Strauss, who probably have copyright 
restrictions in effect in Germany and elsewhere.  The publisher would be 
restricted from selling into countries that had such restrictions.
