[Trombone-l] Madison Hummingbirds

Quite possibly so. They looked to be older gospel players.

And they had 3 or so players take solos. Which made me instantly feel
how I feel when I see multiple guitar players take solos in a "jam"
situation.... Unless one of 'em does something drastic to their
sound, it all mushes together to sound like one person yellin' at the
top of their lungs. At least one of 'em coulda used a plunger to set
themselves out.

But I digress: The point here is that there was a shout band on the
grammys last night that used 10 trombones!!!

Cheers!

As much as I love Bonerama, I think you've got it the wrong way
around, Daryl. Bonerama is a "popified" shout band! I'm really
happy the shout tradition was presented so well last night!
