They would fit in the overhead, yes, but not in the
testing sample in the airport. So you may have to get
lucky. I've been able to "sneak" on a double with
Alto/Tenor, but never been able to get them to look
the other way, so to speak, with a Tenor/Bass double
case.
When I flew to the New Orleans ITF, the airline made
me check the Triple case (Picc/Sopranino/Sop), & it
DID fit into the sample holder at the airport. So good
luck. The only case I've sucessfully ALWAYS gotten on
board with, is the Cronkhite Alto gig bag.
