That stirred up one of my memories.  When I was in I think 7th grade, I was practicing the bone and a little neighbor asked my Mom, "Is there a cow in the house?".

I have always claimed that in the early days of my trombone playing, I sounded like a moose in heat. Now I'm wondering if my trombone was trying to mate an opheclide?
