I  do that when I get a text  message from my son, that is I hear his 
voice, and his way of saying it...
MTC:  I can hear George Roberts in my head when I play.. the problem it 
doesn't come out sounding like George Roberts..

All of this talk about oboes being like bagpipes really upsets me.  I play oboe and if an oboe is like a bagpipe, that would make me a windbag!  "WELL!.....let me tell you...I am certainly not a windbag!
