Absolutely. Even when I'm not playing, I hear music in my
head. Even when I want to shut it off, I hear music in my
head. STOP STOP STOP!

It took me 30 years to get Dvorak Slavonic Dance #8 out of my
head. Then my orchestra had to go and program it last year. Grrrrr.

P.S. If we couldn't hear music in our head, how would we know what
pitch to come in on?
